| Will County Legal Assistance Program, Inc. (WCLAP) is a private, not-for-profit 501(3)(c) corporation. WCLAP is a UNITED WAY AGENCY. Additional funding sources include private grants; city, state and federal grants; and a domestic violence grant from the Will County Circuit Court.
