Program, Inc.

WCLAP SERVES U.S. citizens and documented individuals (with special exceptions
for victims of domestic violence) who are residents of Will County, and fall within
certain income limits that are based upon federal poverty guidelines. In order to
receive assistance from WCLAP, eligibility is first determined over the
phone through a series of intake questions. All information gathered is confidential.
